3 out of 5 starsThe actual quality of the bag is decent, but the zipper on both the large bag and small makeup bag are cheap! I can’t even close or open them, as many of the prongs on both are now broken off! Expected better quality zippers for price of bag! Need to find a seamstress now to repair! Will take too long and not worth shipping price back/forth to deal with seller.

4 out of 5 starsLove, love, LOVE this bag. I’m bag obsessed but am always conscious of any I carry crossing into effeminate territory, particularly with ‘tote’ bags. But this bag presents no fears of that. It’s big, sloppy, and beautifully soft (you just want to hug it). Yet with the shoulder strap I sling it over my head and have it hang at my back where it’s comfortable and doesn’t look like a shopping bag. But it also has great handles to carry that way if you want so it’ll please everyone. The only complaint I have - as with a lot of leather bags - is it leaves flecks of leather on books and clothes if you carry them in it. But as these are generally easy to dust off it hardly matters. It took me a while to decide to buy the bag as it is quite expensive. But now I’m looking for an excuse to go out just so I can carry my bag with me!

3 out of 5 starsThe overall quality and appearance of the bag was very nice. However, the zippers on both the bag and pouch get stuck and don’t open smoothly.

Attention, please! I would like to warn all my other seller friends about this customer, please heed my warning before shopping with her! After placing the order, she asked when it would be shipped and I specified the date to be shipped. One day before the shipping date, without any reason, she wrote me 'You are trying to defraud me!'. She tried to disturb me with lots of messages. I've canceled the order because of these disturbing messages. She get mad that I had canceled the order. She is giving false information by contacting Etsy and stating that she received a refund. I reported her to Etsy for commenting on the wrong information. Unfortunately I can not add screenshots of our messages, there is no place here for this. The screenshot he added contains half of my message.

The customer is giving the wrong information in this review! The bag is ordered on Dec. 20, 2022, I sent the bag on Dec. 23, 2022, via UPSexpress, and the package was delivered on Dec28,2022, on 16:23 All details can be seen on the UPS webpage through the tracking number; 1Z7RW4910491343947 The customer didn't request help via the message as she say, she just wanted to return the order AFTER 16 DAYS SINCE SHE GETS THE ORDER! (The Message date is 13Jan2023) However, as it is written in my shop policies, the bag has been purchased with 'No returns or exchanges'. However, if she had wanted the return the bag within 3-5 days, I probably offer a solution to her. I completed the bag in 3 days and sent it on time, This review is completely full of deceptive information!
